The coconut chips are made from the white flesh part of the mature coconut kernel. They are dried in warm air with oven, and shredded to flakes or chips. The chips are oven baked and closely monitored under high standard procedure to produce the best quality product.
The product is available in bulk with variant flavors: plain, original and ginger.
They are perfect for use in many food recipes, can be either added as a toping for various sweet cakes or further processed product such as chocolate coconut chips, caramelized coconut chips, cinnamon sugar coconut chips etc.
STORAGE and SHELF LIFE
Recommended storage temperature is between 50 F and 60 F (10 and 15.5 C ) with relative humidity between 50% and 60%. Store in clean odour free area and keep away from warehouse wall. (Normal shelf life : 11 month )
